Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the numerology / type-reading app and related services (the “Service”) provided by Kanahu Peeps, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. The Service

1. The Service displays, based on a date of birth you enter, a numerology-based type classification together with related traits, advice, combination analysis and compatibility. It is content for entertainment and self-understanding.
2. The results are entertainment in nature and we do not guarantee their accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

2. Fees and Payment

1. Some features (such as displaying your main type) are free; detailed results, combination analysis and compatibility are paid features.
2. Paid features are unlocked by a one-time purchase. Prices are shown on each sales page.
3. Payment is processed through our payment provider, Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc. — the Merchant of Record). Your payment details are collected and managed by them; we do not retain card information.
4. After purchase, an unlock license key is provided by email. You can use the paid features by entering it into the Service.

3. License and Restrictions

1. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal purposes.
2. You may not share, sell or redistribute your unlock license key to third parties. The number of devices a single key can unlock may be limited.
3. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial use of the Service’s content (text, characters, design, images, programs, etc.) is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
2. Interfering with the operation of the Service, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.
3. Wrongfully obtaining, sharing or reselling license keys.
4. Infringing the rights of us or any third party.
5. Any other act we deem inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to us or the rightful owners.

6. Disclaimer

1. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the Service or its results.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
3. The Service may be changed, suspended or terminated without notice.

7. Refunds

Paid features are digital content and, by their nature, are in principle non-refundable after purchase. See the refund section of the Legal Notice.

8. Privacy

The handling of your information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kobe District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when displayed on the Service.
